Flexibility is not about working less, but it is about encouraging partners to work differently. We let our partners figure out what works best for you, as long as you deliver excellent work, on time.

Work From Anywhere

Partners have the freedom to work where you work best, wherever that may be, in 30 working days every Starbucks fiscal year upon mutual agreement with direct leader.

Flexible Work Hours

Partners are given the flexibility to determine your work schedule provided that you must be available during the core business hours from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. We will leave it to you on how to make up the rest of the working hours.

Hybrid Work Model

Partners can blend work from different locations: home, on the go, or in the office. We encourage autonomy, productivity, engagement, and seamless collaboration among partners.
