Vacation and Time Off

Eligible partners will entitle to our comprehensive vacation coverage from the first day of employment.

Personal Day

One personal day is awarded on October 1 and the other one personal day on April 1, and must be taken within the following six-month period.

Summer Friday Afternoon Off

Partners can enjoy the happiest summer time off with your family and friends from 1pm every Friday in July and August.

Compensation Leave for Public Holidays Fall On Saturday

Partners are entitled to one day of compensation day-off when the Hong Kong public holiday falls on Saturday. Partner can take the day-off by September 30 in the respective fiscal year after the actual public holiday.

Parental Leave – Maternity, Paternity and Adoption

Parental Leave is offered to eligible partners who welcome a new child, whether by birth or adoption. Parental Leave gives you time for recovery from childbirth and/or bonding with your new child.

Marriage Leave

All partners are eligible for 5 days of marriage leave when getting married.

Compassionate Leave

All partners are eligible for 5 days of bereavement when an eligible family member passes away.
Family members include spouse, child, parents, siblings, parents-in-laws, grandparents and grandchild.
