Provident Fund
Our provident fund program (Mandatory Provident Fund) consists of two parts: mandatory contribution as required by Hong Kong law and the voluntary contribution which is additionally offered by Starbucks.
You have the option at the time you join the scheme to contribute either the mandatory contribution or both mandatory and voluntary contribution. Starbucks will match your voluntary contribution %. You can 100% vested the employer’s voluntary contribution upon the completion of 5 years’ continuous service.
